For residents

Pay, read, reach someone. That's the whole app.

Whether you own your home, rent it, or just live in it, CommunitEze lets you pay HOA dues or rent online and shows you what needs you today and nothing that doesn't. No dashboard to configure, no role to pick. What you see follows how you're connected to the place.

What you owe, plainly

Dues or rent, the amount, who it goes to, when it's due, and what happens if it's late — with the bylaw or lease term that says so. Pay by bank transfer or card, set up autopay, keep every receipt.

Notices that reach you

Announcements from the board come to the app and to your email; texts are for emergencies only. You choose what you hear about and how.

The board, the message board, events

Ask the board a question, read what neighbors are saying, see what's on this month. Owners and renters alike.

Documents where you can find them

Declaration, bylaws, rules, minutes — the things you'd otherwise ask the treasurer for by phone.

Your landlord, in the same place

If you rent, your lease and your rent live here too, and a message to your landlord is one tap. The association never sees any of it.

Nobody has to use it

Your board can't make the app mandatory, and neither can we. Paying by check still works; the treasurer records it. The app is there when it's easier.

What your neighbors can't see.

Whether you're behind on dues. What your rent is, or that you pay rent at all. Your payment method. Your phone number, unless you put it in the directory yourself. The board sees the association's books; it never sees a lease. Nothing about your money is visible to anyone who isn't party to it — and that's enforced in the database, not by a setting someone could get wrong.

If you rentYour landlord sees your lease and your rent. The board sees that the unit is occupied by a registered tenant — because the bylaws usually require registration — and nothing else. Not the rent, not the lease dates, not whether you're late.

Getting in takes one email.

Your board or landlord adds your email address. You sign in with it and you're in — no account to create, no password to remember. Got a code on paper instead? That works too. Your association isn't on CommunitEze yet? Here's how to tell your board.
