The rent wall.

A board never sees a lease, a rent figure, or a tenant's payment record. A tenant never learns their landlord's other holdings. A management company never sees across the associations it doesn't manage. These aren't settings — they're enforced in the database, and tested every time the code changes.

What it never seesThe tenant's name unless registration requires it, the rent, the lease dates, whether rent is late, or that a lease exists at all. Not grayed out — absent.

Name and address. We check the address against postal records and review the request so dues collection stays with legitimate boards.
